Requirements
To stay current on design trends and advances in building science, Florida Certified Master Builders must:
• Meet the minimum qualifications every two years
• Attend a total of six (6) Master Education Sessions per renewal cycle. Master Education Sessions will be presented on Zoom and at the Southeast Building Conference

A Florida Certified Master Builder certification costs $975 for the initial certification and $375 for re-certification every two (2) years.
